Retro Fusion Haus™ Return and Refund Policy

At Retro Fusion Haus™, every item is made to order and printed especially for you. Because our products are custom-produced through our print partners, we are not able to accept general returns or exchanges due to size, color, or change-of-mind. 

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A short description of the problem

Once verified, we'll send a free replacement or full refund for the affected item. 

Incomplete or Incorrect Address
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed--however, additional shipping costs will apply.

Processing and Production
All items are made to order through our print partners.

• Production time: 2-5 business days
• Shipping time: 3-10 business days (U.S.) depending on location and carrier

Color and Print Variations
Slight color or placement variations may occur due to the print-on-demand process. These are considered normal and part of the unique character of each item.
