Retro Fusion Haus Shipping Policy

At Retro Fusion Haus, every item is made to order through our trusted print partners to ensure high quality and reduce waste. Below you'll find information on production times, shipping estimates, and order handling.

Processing and Production
All items are made to order through our print partners.

  • Production time: 2-5 business days
  • Processing: You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. During peak seasons or holidays, production may take up to 7 business days.
  • Shipping time: 3-10 business days (U.S.) depending on location and carrier

Shipping Time Estimates
Shipping times depend on your location and fulfillment center.

Europe 7-20 business days
Australia/New Zealand 10-20 business days
All Other International Locations 10-25 business days


Please note: delivery times are estimates only. Delays can occur due to postal service disruptions, customs processing, or peak holiday demand. 

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier scans your package. 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on product type, destination, and carrier. We currently offer:

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $70 (before tax and discounts).
  • Flat-rate shipping for U.S. orders under $70.
  • International shipping at regional rates shown during checkout.

Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed--but additional shipping fees will apply. 

Retro Fusion Haus is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Multiple Shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple packages. We partner with several print providers, and items from the same order may ship separately depending on the product type or fulfillment location.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@retrofusionhaus.com.
  2. Include your name, order number, and any photos (if applicable) related to your concern. We'll coordinate with our print partner to send a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.  

Customs, Duties, and International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs fees or import duties based on your country's regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the consumer. We cannot predict or reimburse customs delays or additional charges.
